So “go” make sure you include it!! Swap in a band if needed. ![]() Don’t forget to include it in your chest exercise selections. This crossover (or variation of) is something that becomes invaluable as a result. Dips, bench and pushups are great for providing an avenue for overload…but not for adduction. A full chest contraction demands that you get your elbow and hand as far across your chest midline as possible.
